Three themes stand out:

1. REVISIT WHAT STILL MATTERS AND RELEASE WHAT DOESN’T

Ask yourself:

2. CHECK YOUR BOUNDARIES

Consider: 

•	Where did I overextend myself this year?

•	Where did I stay silent when I needed to advocate for myself?

•	What is one boundary I can commit to that will protect my energy next year?

3. PREPARE FOR TRANSITION WITH INTENTIONALITY

Journal: 

•	What work feels energizing and what drains me?

•	What skills or habits would make the biggest difference in my confidence next year?
